Warranty

Our products have a 1 year warranty. 

Returns (Change Of Mind)

If you wish to return your item, please do so with the original packaging within 10 days of purchase and we will refund you. All you need to pay is for the return postage.

Returns (Faulty Item)

In the extremely rare case that your product has a fault, we will gladly take back your item and refund you within your warranty period covering return postage costs. We can also replace your light if you wish as well. 

Not Covered by Warranty

Any damage caused by incorrect power input or changes made to background settings will not be covered by warranty. These factors could cause damage to the unit which is irreversible.

KeyBored products are for indoor use only and have no waterproof rating. any damage from water is not covered by warranty.

Our products are hand assembled with care but sometimes this means there will be slight variations in parts such as the shrink tube and strips. As long as these do not impact the performance, operation or overall aesthetics of the product they will not be covered by warranty. 

If any attempt is made to disassemble the unit this will void warranty  

Any incorrect use of KeyBored products will void warranty.
